Beyond academics, we focus on the overall growth of our students.
Shivom Group of Education was started in 1997 with the launch of a CG State board School at Mahadev Ghat, Raipura. The school was named after “Swami Shree Shivom Teerth Ji Maharaj”.
The school continued to educate children and develop the moral values in them to make them successful people of moral values. In 2010, the group laid its expansion with the launch of a new CG State board branch at Changorabhata. The Chairman of the school, Mr. Awdhesh Sharma then decided to lay a new branch of the school in 2014 at Sankra, Durg with the CBSE board according to the requirements of the latest time.
Our Inspiraion
Swami Shree Shivom Tirth ji Maharaj was the favorite disciple of Swami Vishnu Tirth Maharaj. The field of activity of Swami Shree Vishnu Tirth ji Maharaj was considerably wide and he set a number of milestones in the expansion of the movement of the Shaktipat system.
His successor Swami Shree Shivom Tirth ji Maharaj, the Guru Maharaj of Ashrams in India and the USA, has, however, gone beyond this horizon after solidifying the work of his revered Guru. Swami Shree Shivom Tirth ji Maharaj was originally named Om Prakash when he was a householder before joining Swami Shree Vishnu Tirth ji Maharaj.
He was born in 1924 in the village of Gujrat in Punjab into a respectable family. He had a deep interest in religion and a strong liking for spiritualism from the very beginning. He studied for his undergraduate degree in Lahore. Afterwards he started leading a simple but highly ideal life.
