There’s a saying in Sanskrit “योगः कर्मेशु कौशलम” . Yoga teaches us to work efficiently. A healthy body is required to accomplish any work. A healthy mind resides in a healthy body. A healthy resolution comes in a healthy mind. A person uses his healthy mind and healthy body to progress in his life. Why should one get educated? The reason is “विद्या ददाति विनयम” and which means Education gives Humility; Humility gives Character; from Character one gets Wealth; from Wealth
one gets Righteous (dharmam) life; from Righteousness one gets Happiness. Therefore, scholars are respected everywhere. Hence to get this kind of scholarship a person should do yoga to have a completely energetic and mature body. “सर्वेषां योगः तंत्रनाम तथाधारो ही कुंडली ” & which means education or teachings of the world are contained in Kundalini or Pranshakti., it
is responsible for holding the man’s best orders of life and all education. Kundalini awakening is said to arise from deep meditation, and consequently result in enlightenment and bliss. However, as each individual is unique, Kundalini awakenings can happen through a variety of methods not limited to deep meditation. This awakening involves the Kundalini physically moving up the central channel to reach within the Sahasrara Chakra at the top of the head.
Many systems of yoga focus on awakening Kundalini through meditation, pranayama breathing, the practice of asana and chanting of mantras. In physical terms, the Kundalini experience is frequently reported to be a feeling of electric current running along the spine.
